Refund and Return Policy
At Enviro Coffee Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our Refund and Return Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility: You may return some new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund excluding any consumables (Please see below). To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and condition and you would be responsible for any shipping costs & restocking fee’s where applicable .
2. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned. Please check the product description for specific return information and the information below.
- Consumables – Coffee, tea, hot chocolate powder, powdered milk and any other food products cannot be returned or refunded for health & safety reasons.
- All Coffee Machines & Grinders – If unopened and unused can be returned within 30 days. You will be responsible for any shipping costs & restocking fee’s where applicable.
- Cleaning products – Can be returned if unopened within 30 days for a full refund.
If a product is damaged or faulty please get in touch to discuss a warranty claim or exchange.
3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@envirocoffeeco.com . Please include your order number if you have one and reason for the return. One of the team will help you.
4. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.
5. Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
